Intro
Exhibit on Jervois is a calm and composed expression of contemporary residential architecture by multi-award-winning architects Monk Mackenzie. The north-facing boutique development directs living areas towards the captivating harbour views, with five of six apartments enjoying uninterrupted aspects. The intentionally carved façade balances privacy with openness to Jervois Road, inviting light and shadow play to create depth and intrigue.
Exhibit stands as an iconic addition to the architectural tapestry of Jervois Road's northern stretch, orchestrating a harmonious rhythm in tandem with its counterpart, 113 Jervois. Through meticulous craft and shared statures, these two buildings extend a serene architectural narrative to the street while maintaining distinctiveness and shared kinship.

Architecture by Monk Mackenzie
In a captivating subversion of 113 Jervois Road’s contoured facade, Exhibit’s facade tells a unique story through the repetition of four carved concave bays. This narrative echoes within the building, as the voids artfully foster a balance between outward privacy and inner openness (achieved through strategic splayed geometry that shield’s apartments from the street's gaze). Clad in elongated textured limestone brick tiles the exterior transitions from tactile to refined concrete-rendered voids, commanding a play of light while creating depth and intrigue.

Interiors by Amelia Holmes
Inside, generous, light-infused dwellings are adorned with a calm sense of permanence. Amelia Holmes' interior design resonates with understated grace, employing natural textures and opulent materials in a muted yet refined palette.
Each space forms a nexus between captivating harbour vistas and Monk Mackenzie's architectural opus. Textured walls guide you towards wide-plank oak floors and bespoke cabinetry with brushed nickel accents. Soft curves grace the walls, while Escea Fireplaces with bespoke stone hearths anchor each apartment. Amidst the sophisticated embrace of this design, custom-crafted joinery intertwines with state-of-the-art Gaggenau & Liebherr appliances—all anchored by a marble-clad kitchen designed for socialising.
Emblematic of individuality and timeless luxury, Exhibit beckons you to embrace a life distinguished by its architectural and interior poetry.
04
The Apartments
Exhibit comprises six generous and thoughtfully crafted apartments — one penthouse, two sub-penthouses, a full-floor garden apartment and two 3 bedroom residences. With large Northern terraces, the apartments are perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning harbour views of the Waitemata. Every dwelling is a testament to the merging of aesthetics and practicality, where luxurious finishes harmoniously coalesce with well-conceived floorplans. Each space, born from careful consideration, intertwines living and entertainment areas seamlessly, alongside utilitarian zones like sculleries, separate laundries, and powder rooms. Amidst these interiors indoor and outdoor dialogue flourishes; wintergardens, nestled within the heart of each floor, gracefully demarcate spaces while amplifying light.
